Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This policy explains how subscription payments to InfoConn Technologies are handled, and how it differs from fee payments that an organization collects from its own students.

1. How subscriptions are billed

InfoConn subscriptions are purchased in advance for a fixed term — monthly or annual — and activate immediately on successful payment. Access to the plan's features continues until the subscription expiry date shown on the organization's Subscription page.

A free plan is available so that an organization can evaluate the platform before paying. We encourage you to use it before purchasing a paid term.

2. Cancellation

You may stop using InfoConn at any time. Cancelling means the subscription will not be renewed for a further term; it does not shorten the term already paid for. Your organization keeps access to its paid plan until the expiry date, after which paid features become unavailable.

To cancel, write to contact.infoconn@gmail.com from the registered administrator email address.

3. Refunds on subscription payments

Subscription fees are charged for a fixed term and are generally non-refundable. In particular:

  • We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for an unused part of a term after cancellation.
  • We do not refund unused monthly allowances, such as unused AI assistant requests or WhatsApp messages.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect for the next term; no refund is issued for the difference in the current term.

We will issue a refund in these cases:

  • A duplicate payment — the same subscription was paid for more than once.
  • An amount was debited but the subscription did not activate.
  • An incorrect amount was charged because of an error on our side.
  • A verified billing error, or a prolonged failure on our side that prevents you from using the paid plan and that we are unable to resolve.

4. Requesting a refund

Send a request to contact.infoconn@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, including your organization name, the registered email address, the payment date and amount, and the transaction or order reference. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or passwords.

We review requests within 7 working days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Student and parent fee payments

Fees that a student or parent pays to a school, academy or training business through InfoConn are collected by that organization, not by InfoConn Technologies. Refunds, cancellations and disputes for those payments are decided by the organization under its own fee policy.

If you are a student or parent seeking a refund, contact the organization directly. InfoConn can help the organization locate the transaction record but cannot approve or issue a refund of an organization's fees.

6. Failed and pending payments

If an amount is debited but the payment shows as failed or pending, it is usually reversed automatically by the bank or payment provider within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will investigate with the payment provider.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the last revision. The policy in force at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
