Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms govern use of the InfoConn platform provided by InfoConn Technologies at https://infoconn.in. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

InfoConn is a subscription software service that lets a school, academy or training business (an “organization”) manage students, attendance, fees, online payments, communication, its public web page and related tools, including the InfoConn AI assistant. Features available to an organization depend on its subscription plan.

2. Accounts and authorized use

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials confidential.
  • Only people authorized by the organization may be given access, and access should be removed promptly when someone leaves.
  • You must notify us without delay if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Organization responsibilities

  • The organization decides what information it records and is responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness.
  • The organization must have the authority or consent needed to record and process student, parent, staff and teacher information, including information about minors.
  • The organization is responsible for the fee amounts, dues, receipts, academic content, announcements and website content it publishes through InfoConn.
  • The organization must comply with applicable education, data-protection, tax and consumer laws.

4. Payments collected from students and parents

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, not by InfoConn. Payment terms, settlement timelines, chargebacks and disputes are governed by the payment provider's terms and by the agreement between the organization and the provider. InfoConn records payment outcomes so that receipts and dues stay up to date, but is not a party to the transaction between an organization and its students or parents, and is not responsible for the fees an organization charges or for refunds it agrees to give.

5. Messaging and consent

Where an organization sends WhatsApp, SMS or email notifications through InfoConn, it is responsible for obtaining the recipients' consent, for the content of the messages, and for honouring opt-out requests. Messages must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law. Sending unsolicited or misleading messages may result in suspension of messaging features.

6. Prohibited use

  • Using the service unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Attempting to access another organization's data, accounts or environment.
  • Probing, scanning, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service's security or availability.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or providing the service to third parties without our written agreement.
  • Automated scraping or bulk extraction beyond the export features we provide.
  • Using the AI assistant to generate unlawful content or to bypass access controls.

7. Subscriptions and usage limits

Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed billing term — monthly or annual — and grant access for that term. Each plan includes limits, such as the number of AI assistant requests and platform-managed WhatsApp messages available per month. When a limit is reached, the related feature pauses until the next monthly cycle or until the plan is upgraded. Limits and plan contents may be adjusted; changes apply from the next billing term.

Access continues until the subscription expiry date. If a subscription is not renewed, access to paid features ends on expiry.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep InfoConn available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party provider outages, network problems or events outside our control may cause downtime. Support is provided by email at contact.infoconn@gmail.com and through the in-app support tools, during normal business hours in India.

9. Intellectual property

InfoConn Technologies owns the platform, its software, design, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Content you upload — including your logo, website text, images and records — remains yours; you grant us the limited right to host, process and display it as needed to operate the service for you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where an account is used in breach of these terms, where use threatens the security or stability of the platform, where payment is not made, or where required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem. You may stop using the service at any time; see the refund policy for what happens to a paid term.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoConn Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the last revision, and material changes will be notified to account administrators. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected.
